MEL DE BARROSO
"Mel de Barroso" PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) honey is produced in Barroso, by the "Cooperativa Agro Rural de Boticas" cooperative (CAPOLIB), in a territory classified as World Agricultural Patrimony by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
It is a honey with an exquisite taste, intense colour and creamy and delicate texture, whose excellence has been recognised with the winning of many distinctions.
Inspired by the landscape and colours of Barroso, the new identity and packaging, unifies the two lines of products marketed by CAPOLIB, the oldest with about 30 years (click here to view), while positioning the Cooperative's multi-award winning honey in a higher segment, fruit of the combination of the vintage charm of the illustrations and the minimalist sophistication of the design.
